1. Acceptance
By accessing omnicasts.com or submitting an editorial application, Spotlight order, or campaign brief, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
Omnicasts provides editorial media services including:
- Editorial Invite (Free): An application-only content consideration. Submission does not guarantee publication.
- Spotlight Feature ($997): A guaranteed AI-written editorial piece published on omnicasts.com and distributed via newsletter.
- Amplifier Boost ($497): Targeted re-promotion of existing or new editorial content.
- Domination Campaign ($2,497): A multi-touchpoint media campaign across editorial, email, and social channels.
3. Zero-Revision Policy
All paid editorial deliverables are produced by our AI editorial system using information submitted in your intake form. No manual revisions are included. Additional revision packages may be available separately.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital and editorial nature of our services, we do not offer refunds after campaign production has commenced (within 48 hours of payment confirmation).
5. Content Licensing
Upon delivery, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to share and republish your Omnicasts editorial content with attribution ("As Featured in Omnicasts"). Omnicasts retains the right to display, archive, and syndicate all published editorial content.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not submit false, misleading, or defamatory information in campaign intake forms. Omnicasts reserves the right to decline or remove content that violates our editorial standards without refund if fraud is detected.
7. Disclaimers
Omnicasts does not guarantee specific business outcomes (revenue, followers, leads) from editorial coverage. Content is editorial in nature, not paid advertising, and is clearly disclosed as sponsored editorial where required by law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules.
